A CBI court on Saturday sent three more accused in the mutli-crore National Rural Health Mission- scam to 14-day judicial custody.
Naresh Grover, an engineer in the UP Jal Nigam, Kartar Singh, a clerk in the Health Department and R K Singh, who owns a medical store and also works in the Health Department, were presented before special CBI judge A K Singh who sent them to judicial custody till January 27.
The court rejected CBI's request for the trio's remand as they were already interrogated by CBI.
