'Mobile lok adalats help rural people'

He was speaking after flagging off Legal Aid Rath and mobile Lok Adalt.

The programme was jointly organised by the District Legal Services Authority, district administration, Zilla Panchayat, information department and police department.

The rural people, who face a lot of legal complications due to lack of awareness, should make use of the lok adalat and settle their disputes amicably, he added.

Speaking on the occasion District Advocates Association President Govinda Reddy said, the lok adalat will help the rural poor people more than anybody.

District fast track court judge Gopalakrishna Kolli, judge Ashok, Zarina Taj, district information officer Ranga Reddy, Lokayukta special officer N Raghuram, Principal of Kempe Gowda Law College Shobha, senior lawyer B R Narasimhamurthy, Balakrishna Raju, Nanjan Kumar, DDPI Bella Shetty and others were present on the occasion. Senior advocate G R Harikumar welcomed the gathering. Devaraj proposed vote of thanks.
