They were given a good start with openers Rohit V Tiwari (33, 6x4s) and wicket-keeper batsman J Yogesh (118), who added 53-runs for the opening wicket. Later on the innings was stabilized by a 94-run fourth wicket partnership between Yogesh and K Somashekar (37, 3x4s). J Suchith (25) and Muzamil (22) were the other contributors. Rakshith and Chethan took two wickets each for PES (Mandya).<br /><br />In reply, PES (Mandya) were bowled out for 188 in 43.1 overs.
