IRCTC gets recognition

The corporate travel business of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is set to get a boost as the public sector organisation has bagged recognition of IATA to deal with corporate travel.

“Intensive measures are being taken on pan India basis to penetrate the corporate sector including Public Service Undertakings (PSUs) and ministries. Now the government employees and executives of the PSUs will have more options to choose their travel solution, whether it is by air or surface,” said Pradip Kundu, Joint General Manager (PR).
