Consumer electronics major Philips, on Friday, announced the launch of two specific products here, which are part of the company’s healthcare and lighting businesses respectively.

The Bangalore-based Philips Innovation Campus (PIC) unveiled ‘ClearVue’, a family of ultrasound solutions, in two variants: 350 and 550, ensuring low operating costs owing to its modular, lightweight and energy-efficient design and easy serviceability, the company claimed.

Built with ‘Active Array Technology’ for enhanced image quality in both 2D and colour, the system will aid patients’ treatment across applications like cardiology, fertility and others.
The company mentioned that the two variants may be available in the range of Rs 10 to Rs 14 lakh, depending on their configuration.

The company also launched an LED street lighting solution, ‘Philips GreenLine Smart’, with an aim of replacing the high base of street lights in urban and semi-urban areas in the country. Its Ingress Protection - IP65 feature keeps it water and dust-resistant for life, Philips said.
