Annoyed by the untidiness in the hospital, she directed the health officer Dr K Srinivas Gowda to give priority to take maintain cleanliness. Hundreds of people from the rural area come to the hospital. But it takes long time to cure the patients as the cleanliness is not maintained. The funds released for this purpose is not being utilised fully. So maintaining cleanliness should be given priority, she directed the doctor.
Measures will be initiated to provide water to the hospital after discussing the matter with the Zilla Panchayat president. Government has upgraded the hospital to 100 bed hospital. But the patients are at problem without proper basic amenities. A solution to the problem will arrived after holding a discussion with the officials concerned, she promised.
She directed the doctors to treat the patients with care and dedication.
