Saroja was brought from Shimoga jail as she had to be produced to Sringeri Court but since the judge there has gone on leave, she was produced before Koppa Court where the judge has postponed the hearing to October 1.
Saroja’s husband Suresh Nayaka and one and half year old son Suman who are residing in Tumkur had come to the court to meet her. Police have filed about 10 cases against her and so far no advocates have come forth to take the case on her behalf. Next week Advocate V R Natashekar will take up the case on her behalf and Anba Bhavani Gririjana sangha has come forth to take care of the advocate’s fees, said Sangha President K Y Chandrashekar.
