RCom capex to decline from this fiscal year

Addressing shareholders at its AGM here, Reliance Communications Chairman Anil Ambani said, “We expect our capex to decline significantly starting this year and continue on a downward trend in the future, particularly in relation to the scale of our expanding operations.”

Furthermore, Ambani said RCom’s telecom tower subsidiary Reliance Infratel is planning an initial public offer(IPO) and the company will shortly file the draft prospectus with market regulator Sebi, a top company official said.
