<p>Playback singer Kumar Sanu, who has delivered many a hit number singing for some of Bollywood's superstars, is set to stage a comeback and is upbeat that the era of melodious songs will soon return.<br /><br /></p>.<p>"The process has already begun and no one can stop melodious songs from returning," Sanu, who was in the steel city here for a talent hunt programme, said last night.<br /><br />"Last I had recorded for the Hindi film 'Rowdy Rathore' but I will be recording songs for 60 movies soon," he said.<br /><br />Sanu said melodious tunes had been relegated to the background for the last five/six years when western music had taken centre stage, adding that it was a cycle as styles keep changing. But the return of melodious songs was inevitable.<br /><br />He denied that his songs were heard less nowadays.
