<p>A major fire broke out in a shoe factory at Narela in north Delhi in the small hours of Friday, police said.<br /><br /></p>.<p>More than 20 workers were inside the factory’s multi-storey building when the blaze broke out. Fire officials reached the spot and rescued all of them.<br /><br />“We received a call around 12:10 am,” said a Delhi Fire Service official. “Twenty-three fire tenders were rushed to the spot, which took around seven hours to douse the fire completely,” said the official.<br /><br />No casuality was reported. However, leather and other material worth Rs 5 lakh was gutted in the blaze. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, police said.</p>
