Prerna heads field for Bidar Open

 India’s Prerna Bhambri will look to continue her good run when the ITF circuit moves to a new venue, with the Bidar Open beginning at the Police Training School Sports Complex here on Monday.

Delhi girl Prerna had a dream run in Gulbarga, emerging champion with a straight-set win over Yi Zang of China. The two will be in action here eyeing another profitable week in the $10,000 prize money tournament.

Venise Chan of Hong Kong is the top seed with Nungnadda Wannasuk of Thailand being the number two.
