Man found dead

A 31-year-old youth was found dead in his room at a paying guest (PG) accommodation in Indiranagar Saturday evening.

T Jeethu, a native of Kerala, was an employee at a private company. Owing to a family dispute, he had refused to stay with his parents and had taken up the accommodation at the PG. He had also been looking for a job for the last three months. According to the police, failure to find a job and family troubles may have driven him to take his own life.

Jeethu’s body was discovered when his roommate returned from work. An autopsy was conducted at Bowring Hospital. A case has been registered at Indiranagar police station.
