JOIN USHuge craters on the road have made the life of hundreds of school and college going students and daily commuters miserable.
Mudigere is 15 km away from Aldoor. The road provides connectivity to Gullanpete, Sathihalli and Haandi. The road from Aldoor Hosalli to Haandi is in pathetic condition. Though the patch work repair was undertaken once in the last 10 years, huge potholes still welcome the visitors.
Owing to the deplorable condition of the road, bus drivers are not able to keep the time. As a result, school children have to pay huge amount and use the private vehicles. The villagers have made several representations to the MLA and officials concerned. However, no action has been initiated by them so far, said Chandre Gowda, a farmer from Sathihalli.
