Rao's all-round efforts spur Kensri to victory

Skanda Rao’s all-round effort and half-centuries from RR Sathish, Kaushik HM and Anvaya powered Kensri School to a 195-run victory over Sri Aurobindo Memorial School in the Dell-KSCA (under-14) Division II tournament for the BT Ramaiah Shield here.

Batting first, Kensri posted a huge 368/3 in 50 overs with Rao’s unconquered 147 being the biggest contribution while Sathish (52), Kaushik (65) and Anvaya (52) struck handy knocks.

Chasing a herculean 369, Aurobindo were bowled out for 173 in 38.2 overs with Arjun scalping 4/34, Rao and Anvaya claimed three wickets apiece.
