Wipro CMO Suchira Iyer resigns

Chief Marketing Officer Wipro Suchira Iyer has resigned.

“After spending nearly two decades at Wipro, Suchira Iyer, Chief Marketing Officer, IT Business, Wipro Limited has decided to move on to pursue interests outside the organization,” Wipro said in an emailed statement.

Senior Vice-President, Advanced Technologies, Global Alliances & GTM Transformation Shaji Farooq, will continue to have the overall responsibility of the strategic marketing function at Wipro.

She was appointed as the CMO last year in April. The company said it will announce her successor in due course.
