<p>A 25-year-old married woman alleged that three men, including a lawyer, raped her and her husband sexually abused her at Patiala House Courts on Monday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The woman, a resident of Pandav Nagar in east Delhi, said after a marital discord with her husband, she had filed a divorce case which is going on at Karkardooma Court.<br /><br />She alleged that her husband’s lawyer R K Chaudary called her at Karkardooma Court to settle the issue on Monday afternoon. <br /><br />When she reached, she found her sister-in-law and brother-in-law present there with Chaudary. After talking for hours, Chaudary asked them to come to Patiala House Courts.<br />At around 6 pm, she found her husband and Chaudary’s assistant present there in the lawyers’ chamber number six.<br /><br />However, after talking and counselling, they did not reach any conclusion to settle the divorce.<br /><br />“She then alleged that her husband offered her a beer. But when she refused, Chaudary’s assistant grabbed and raped her. Then Chaudary and her brother-in-law took turns to rape her. After the ordeal, her husband sexually abused her,” said a police officer, quoting her complaint.<br /><br />Later, threatening her with dire consequences, they came to see her off at the court’s gate number five.<br /><br />In the complaint, she said she walked down to a police control room van and told them that she was gang raped.<br /><br />A police team took her to a hospital for a medical examination.<br /><br />On the victim’s statement and medical report, a case was registered against the all the four men with Tilak Marg police station. <br /><br />“We are not trying to ascertain the authenticity of the allegation,” said a police officer.<br />Police are checking the CCTV footage of both the courts and the call detail records of the woman and rest of the people.</p>
