H A Jayaram and others had sought an injunction, stating that the 1.9 acres of land given to BMTC was situated on a raja kaluve and the construction of a bus stand was blocking the canal. This has lead to flooding of adjoining VV Extension and Karuvanahalli, they alleged. The Court issued a stay and adjourned the matter.
