Pune youth killed in firing

A 19-year-old youth was killed in private firing here last night, police said today.
The incident took place in Pashan area and the deceased was identified as Pratik Ramchandra Nimhan (19).

Political rivalry is suspected to be the reason for the firing, police said, without giving further details.

No arrest has been made till now.A case has been registered under relevant sections of the IPC and Arms Act and Senior Inspector Ajay Kadam is investigating the matter, they added.
