Crisis-hit Maytas Infra on Monday, said that the Company Law Board has given time to report its accounts for the quarter ending September by December 31.
“The CLB, vide its order dated October 23, 2009, granted extension of time for publication of financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 up to December 31, 2009,” Maytas said.
The company had earlier sought extension of two months for publication of the quarterly figures from the CLB.
