'Dinakaran shouldn't continue on bench'

Forum Convener Y R Sadashiva Reddy told reporters here on Tuesday that the position of the High Court Chief Justice was more pivotal than that of Supreme Court judges and if a judge could not be elevated to SC, because of the allegations levelled against him, then he had no right to continue functioning as the Chief Justice of the High Court as well. “He should go on leave on moral grounds. He should not be sitting in court,” Reddy said. He also said that the Supreme Court collegium’s delay in deciding  on the charges levelled against the CJ was spoiling the image of the judiciary.
