Nominated member to the Town Panchayat J J Nagaraj inaugurated the programme. TP member K Rajendra, Ratnamma, nominated members Jayaram, Subrahmanya among others were present. Drawing, essay and debate competitions were conducted for primary, high school and college students respectively.<br /></p>
