The Women and Narcotics Wing of Central Crime Branch has arrested two men on the charge of attempting to sell ganja.
Acting on a tip-off, the CCB sleuths conducted a raid near Nalabandawadi Cross and arrested Inayat, 31 and Raju, 35. Investigations have revealed that the men were buying ganja at Rs 3,000 a kilogram from a source in Attibele.
Police seized 3.75 kg of ganja worth Rs 40,000, Rs 500 in cash, three cellphones and a scooter. A case has been registered at Cottonpet police station.
