Bhavana turns Shikha

Name Game

When Bhavana was asked to change her name for the movie, Kola Kolaya Mundhirika, her debut Tamil venture, she spontaneously came up with the name ‘Shikha’.

“As Tamil industry already has an actress called Bhavana, the producer wanted me to change my name.

And this name came to my mind. It sounded good and I zeroed on it,” says the actress. Interestingly, astrology also had its influence on Bhavana. “When I consulted my mother, she said as per numerology, this name is very good for me. Whatever name it may be, I hope everything goes well for me,” asserts Bhavana aka Shikha.
