Tribute to a maestro

As a tribute to the legend, Bangaloreans will felicitate him on November 13 at the Dr B R Ambedkar Bhavan, Miller’s Roadat 7 pm.  

The singer will relive the 60 years of his illustrious career by performing live exclusively on the occasion.

It will be an unforgettable evening for all Manna Dey fans, as he strolls down memory lane with some of his most popular songs, and recounts anecdotes on his life and times in Bollywood, as its most versatile playback singer.

A silver coin engraved with a portrait of Manna Dey will be released at the concert, along with limited editions of an audio CD with 15 of Manna Dey’s biggest hits selected personally by him.

While the concert is mainly by invitation, limited tickets priced at Rs 500 and Rs 250 will be available at KC Das on Church Street, Calypso in Jayanagar and World of Titan showrooms at Koramangala, Indiranagar and Malleswaram.
