<p>The Central Sahitya Akademi has selected poet H S Venkateshmurthy for the prestigious children’s literature award and Lakkur Anand for the Akademi’s Yuva Puraskar for the year 2013.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Venkateshmurthy has been selected for his contribution to children’s literature, Anand is being honoured for his anthology “Badavadeyadaga Rasithi”, sources said. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 50,0000 and a souvenir each.</p>
