The growth of Bangalore city has been in concentric circles, with each circle becoming increasingly self-contained.

The demand for housing continues to increase, with a larger number of people looking for homes closer to their work place and other amenities. With this trend at the heart of its exhibitions, the Bangalore Chapter of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) will host two realty exhibitions on two consecutive weekends this December, at two venues — Hotel Lalit Ashok, Kumara Krupa High Grounds on 6th and 7th December, 2013, and at Hotel Park Plaza, Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli on 13th and 14th December, 2013.

The Expo will host 42 developers along with reputed bankers/housing finance institutions this year and expects more than 5,000 visitors at each venue. Speaking on these two exhibitions, C N Govindaraju, President, CREDAI – Bengaluru said, “We understand that people would rather attend exhibitions in their vicinity than travel across town for a view of properties in their location. These exhibitions are targeted at consumers in the selected regions.

With the participation of banking and finance institutions in the exhibitions, potential home buyers will get an opportunity to immediately understand how the finances for a particular project will work. With offers on interest rates and processing fees, the prospect of buying a home gets better with these exhibitions.”

CREDAI Bengaluru is an apex body of credible real estate developers, operational in Bangalore for three decades. It has around 223 reputed developers as its members in the city and 450+ developers across the state. CREDAI’s presence is in 21 states and 130 cities across India, with an overall membership of more than 9,000.
