Convenient App

Asking someone out on a date can be a complicated job. However, a mobile app that lets you ‘crush’ on someone discreetly might make things simpler.

Krush, a dating app for Android and iOS, helps you find someone this Valentine’s Day. You download the app on your phone, anonymously approve or reject friends of friends that the app suggests, and wait for the people you’ve liked to like you back.

Rajat Rao, the founder of Krush, says that the awkward process of asking or being asked for an introduction to a girl or a guy is one of the motivations behind developing Krush.

n  Krush uses your Facebook information to understand who you really are and sends you a batch of 10 daily dates who are friends of friends.

n  It takes your age, location, likes, interests and activities into account to handpick compatible people for you. Since Krush is anonymous, you can express your interest in someone discreetly and break the ice if they are into you as well.

n  Krush has a simple interface and sends you your daily dates at 7 pm.

n  You can also see how many people are crushing on you in the ‘Secret Likes’ page and unlock subtle clues about these people by inviting your friends to Krush.

n  Krush only suggests friends of friends, which ensures that you only see people who come from a similar social background.

n  People can download the Android app from the Google Play Store.

n  They can go to www.krushapp.com for the iOS app.

The team behind Krush comprises of a Bangalorean college dropout and two ex-Googlers.
