<p>The condition of actor-turned- politician and Karnataka Housing Minister Ambareesh is stable but he will be on ventilator for next two days, a doctor attending on him at a private hospital here said.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The 61-year-old leader was admitted to the hospital on February 21 after he complained of breathlessness.<br /><br />"At present Ambareesh continues to be on ventilator and other medical support including IV antibiotics, nebulisers, feeding and other supportive measures. He is pain free with continuous sedation," Dr K S Sathish of Vikarm Hospital said.<br /><br />"Our plan for next 24-48 hours is to optimise respiratory function and minimise his ventilator supports. His overall condition is stable as on today and improving gradually," he added.<br /><br />A decision to remove the ventilator was supposed to be taken this morning but a team of specialist doctors monitoring his health took a decision against it, he said.</p>
