Sitting MP and Congress candidate R Dhruvanarayan was on a campaign trail, visiting various villages under Chamarajanagar Lok Sabha constituency and sought votes.
He visited Shivapura, Kothalavadi, Udigala, Nanjedevanapura, Badanguppe, Heggotara, Bogapura, Mangala, Madapura, Koodluru gram panchayat and campaigned for the party.
Speaking on the occasion, he said, he has strived for the development of the district and initiated various works for the benefit of the people.
He explained about several projects introduced by the Centre for the welfare of the people belonging to backward, minority and other communities.
Block Congress president Syed Rafiq, B K Ravikumar, CMC president Nanjundaswamy and others were present.
