Commissioner for Transport and Road Safety, Bhaskar Rao, said the process of total computerisation that began a few months ago has been completed, with the Nelamangala RTO being declared as fully computerised here on Monday.
“A software to facilitate digitising of old data will be launched on December 15. This will then enable online issue of permits at all RTO’s,” Rao said.
