<p>Commissioner for Transport and Road Safety, Bhaskar Rao, said the process of total computerisation that began a few months ago has been completed, with the Nelamangala RTO being declared as fully computerised here on Monday.<br /><br />“A software to facilitate digitising of old data will be launched on December 15. This will then enable online issue of permits at all RTO’s,” Rao said.</p>
