6: 15 pm: Modi signs the register, puts pen in his fronts pocket, shakes hand with the Prez. He is officially now the Prime Minister of the country.

5:56 pm: The list of the 45 new ministers is out. So, some surprise is lost. The guessing game is now on the portfolios and media is freely assigning key departments them to their favourites.
