Karnataka take narrow lead over Jharkhand

In pursuit of Karnataka’s first innings total of 393 all out, Jharkhand, overnight 149 for two, were bowled out for 358 all out in 159 overs. Pappu slammed 103 while Deobrat hit an undefeated 116. 

For Karnataka, Shreyas Gopal was the pick of the bowlers with three for 94 while David Mathias and Karun Nair claimed two each.

Anirudh flays Karnataka
Powered by B Anirudh’s unbeaten 148, hosts Hyderabad stacked up 360 for five in 106 overs at close on the second day of the Vijay Marchant Trophy (under-16) tournament match against Karnataka. Arun Deva contributed 72 while GV Vaibhav chipped in with 34 during his unfinished association with Anirudh.
