JOIN USArun Shelters Pvt. Ltd. has introduced a new project ‘Arun Kaustubha’ at Thanisandra main road near Hebbal. Situated very close to areas like Majestic and Shivajinagar, this project is spread over 4.5 acres.
A total of 232 apartments are planned across ground floor and three upper floors. Both two bedroom (1150 sq ft-1250 sq ft) and three bedroom apartments (1500 sq ft-1800 sq ft) are planned with imported tiles, wooden flooring and European sanitary fittings.

The approval is under process in BBMP and the construction will commence from the first week of May 2014 and end in March 2016. Prices for 2BHK (1150 sq ft) and 3BHK (1500 sq ft) are 55lakhs and 69.5 lakhs respectively excluding the registration charges and taxes.
