<p>Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would take a decision on whether or not to order a CBI probe into the death of former rural development minister Gopinath Munde.<br /><br /></p>.<p>“I spoke to the prime minister and Munde’s family. It is the prime minister who will decide the proper course of action in the matter and truth will prevail,” Gadkari said. <br /><br />Munde, a popular backward class leader from Maharashtra, died due to shock and haemorrhage following injuries to his neck and liver after a road accident in Delhi on June 3.<br /><br />Various political leaders have been demanding a CBI probe to rule out any foul play.</p>
