The body of Sachin Joseph Rayappa, 24, a native of Bangalore who drowned a couple of weeks ago at Des Moines, a tributary of River Mississippi, was brought to the City on Tuesday.
The body would be kept at St Joseph Church at Royan Circle and laid to rest at Hesaraghatta Churchyard, family sources said.
Sachin, a BCom graduate, was in the US on an assignment with the multinational accounting major Ernst & Young as auditor.
He was staying at Des Moines, the capital of Iowa, in midwest US. The victim’s father Rayappa is a businessman and resident of Subbanna Garden in Chamarajpet.
