<p>The government has appointed Dr T N Prakash Kammaradi as Chairman of Karnataka Agriculture Price Commission. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The government has appointed as commission’s members — Hanumanagoud Belagurki, Narasimappa (both representing farmers), Agriculture Department Principal Secretary, Co-operation Department Principal Secretary and Agriculture Department Commissioner (Member secretary), according to an official notification. Prof Kammaradi, till March this year, had worked at University of Agricultural Sciences.<br /><br /> The term of the chairman is for three years. The role of the commission is to get remunerative prices to farmers, according to Kammaradi.</p>
