B Shettigeri registers lowest polling

 
Kodagu district has 1,390 voters. Of which, 1,374 have exercised their franchise, thus registering 98.85 per cent. Of 738 male voters, 730 have exercised their franchise. Of 652 female voters, 644 have exercised their franchise. 16 voters have not cast their vote.
B Shettigeri Gram Panchayat has registered 75 per cent polling. In Virajpet taluk, 10 elected representatives have not cast their vote.

Counting
The counting will be held on Monday at Old Fort premises at 8 am. Six tables have been arranged for the purpose. Every table will have one supervisor and one assistants. Moreover, there will be one micro observor for every table. The candidates can assign one agent for one table. 17 ballot boxes will be given to one table. The result is expected by afternoon.
