The 75 singers and dancers who mesmerised the audiences with ‘Nostalgia’, a musical show, over the weekend, are all set to take stage again on August 5 and 6.

Featuring top West End soloists and an ensemble of the finest instrumentalists from the UK and Ireland, Toccata Musical Productions Northern Ireland will present ‘Musical Express’, which is a musical journey into the world of the finest music from The West End Orchestra London.

The vision of touching lives through music was metaphrased into Toccata Musical Productions by Dr Sunil Paulraj a neonatologist of Bangalore origin, who is now living in Belfast .

Toccata’s mission of serving the underprivileged through music has won them UN recognition besides love and acclaim in over 15 nations. The members of the group have performed with the likes of Dan Seals , Elton John and Indian maestro Ilayaraja to name a few. The team includes soloists from the great West End musicals like ‘The Lion King’, ‘We Will Rock You’ and ‘The Sound of Music’.

Toccata is being supported by Invest Northern Ireland, Tourism Ireland and the British Deputy High Commission, Bangalore.

In line with its objectives, proceeds from the concert will be donated to Reaching Hand Orphanage and U&I.

Toccata will culminate this tour in Sri Lanka with six performances that will support the Jaffna children’s hospital.

‘Musical Express’ will be staged at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall on August 5 and 6 at
7 pm.
