Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy on Tuesday, announced Rs 15-crore package for development and infrastructure makeover of Peenya Industrial Area, which houses 8,000 small and medium industries.
During an inspection at Peenya Industrial Area along with BBMP Commissioner M Lakshminarayana, the minister said that roads were damaged due to the works carried out by Bescom, BWSSB and other agencies. A facelift will be given under Nagarothana programme and all damaged roads will be repaired, he added.
