The seventh edition of the Deccan Herald Metrolife Fashion Show, presented by Trends, began on a grand note on Saturday at CMR Law School.
The competition, exclusively for college students across the city, is divided into two zones with the qualifying teams competing at the grand finale.
The second preliminary round will be held on August 26 at NMKRV College for Women, Jayanagar.
The qualifying teams will compete in the grand finale at Dayananda Sagar Institutions, Kumaraswamy Layout on September 2.
Each college may send one team of 10 students.
Finalists will be part of the Trends Ramp Walk. The winners stand a chance to win Rs 4 lakh.
