Dr Venkatesh Panchapagesan, Associate Professor, Finance and Control Area and Coordinator of IIM Bangalore-Century Real Estate Research Initiative, has been appointed member of the advisory committee of World Economic Forum on real estate.
As a member of the forum he will be provide insights on a recently launched initiative called ‘Emerging Horizons in Real Estate – an Industry Initiative on Asset Price Dynamics’ and will help with the initial report at the World Economic Forum meeting at Davos in January 2015.
