Speaking after inaugurating the programme Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Vice-Chancellor Dr Ramananda Shetty said teachers are important stakeholders of the quality education.

Money can provide infrastructure. However, it is the quality and commitment of the teachers makes a difference. India is rich in human resources. If the surplus human resource is not appropriately utilised then the country would collapse. Human resourse can be liability to the country if they are educated and properly guided.
