The district administration has declared holiday for schools and colleges.<br /><br />Speaking to mediapersons, Inspector General of Police (Eastern Range), S Parashivamurthy, said that the handwriting in the purported death note matches with that of the girl. <br /><br />However, he added that experts would have to confirm it. He said that the autopsy report has confirmed that the girl was not raped.<br /><br />The IGP said that police were not shielding anyone involved in the incident.<br /> Karnataka State Women’s Commission Chairman Manjula <br /><br />Manasa, speaking to mediapersons, said that she would visit the house of the girl on Wednesday.</p>
