JOIN USSandbox Collective presents Perch Chennai's ‘Cheruvannur Diaries – Typewriter Tales’, written and performed by Paul Mathew and directed by Rajiv Krishnan.
‘Cheruvannur Diaries- Typewriter Tales’ is a narration of the experiences of a typewriter salesman in North Kerala in the ‘80s. Told in a simple way, it presents the stories of simple people, communities and institutions, which were nevertheless very colourful and engaging. It is also a tribute to a grand old product that was once upon a time, the nerve centre not only of offices, but of many other institutions and lives.
