UP shivers, death toll from cold 25

A large part of the state also witnessed intermittent rains,  adding to the woes of the people. A thick fog in the morning disrupted rail and air traffic with trains running behind schedule for several hours while many flights were also delayed at various airports.

According to reports 25 people have died of cold in the past two days. Four people each died of cold in Fatehpur and Bhadohi. Cold wave conditions are likely to persist for the next few days.
