Students interact with cops

Thousands of students from 81 schools visited 81 jurisdictional police station for interaction with the inspectors and senior officers on Saturday. 

Alok Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) said that according to senior officers the visit was successful and both the officials and students enjoyed the session. The students were explained on the functioning of police department, he said.

“It was a different feeling to have young students visiting the police station. They were taught about the difference between good and bad touch. The important factor of the visit was that we got to learn several things from the children,” another senior police officer said.
