Crafts exhibition begins

A wide variety of products ranging from wooden articles to homemade chocolates were exhibited by ten entrepreneurs. Paper bags, shawls, vases, jewellery, decorative items and fabric were on the display. The exhibition is being held to promote traditional crafts of emerging women artists from all parts of Bangalore.

 “The exhibition serves as  a platform wherein marketing assistance is provided to women entrepreneurs. The  handicrafts displayed here are a testimony to their talent,” said General Manager, Women and Child Welfare Department Prabhavathi.
