Bin there, dump that

As part of Community Service Programme and the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’, students of TRIO World School have made eco-friendly dustbins, where garbage can be easily separated.

The students are planning to distribute 15 such dustbins in and around Sahakarnagar to keep the City clean. These Transparent Bins also called HCD (Human Centric Design) bins are designed in such a way that segregating different types of waste becomes a natural and instinctive process.

Social responsibility is a key facet that they seek to inspire in the students.
“We achieve this goal thought various community service initiatives that we encourage our students to engage in. Such initiative allows students to become responsible for their own actions and to realise that they can make a difference.

When students give back, not just to the school, but to the local community, that is really special. It was heartening to see the spirit of community service in these kids,” said Naveen KM, Managing Director, TRIO World School.
