AMoles are clusters of pigmented cells that are small and dark brown. They can be seen on the face, arms and even on the legs. Moles appear because of propagation of the pigment cells, gene transfer or even exposure to sunlight. Here are a few home remedies:
a) Mix ground flaxseed, flaxseed oil and a small amount of honey. Apply it on the mole. Leave for an hour and wash off. Repeat the procedure daily.
b) Apply fresh cut pineapple on the affected area a few of times a day.
c) Crush a few pods of garlic into a paste and apply on the mole. Leave it on for an hour and wash off. Repeat procedure daily for a month.
Try and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

QI am 22 years old but my hair is turning grey. What do I do?
AIntervening grey strands occur due to the cessation of colour pigment (melanin) in hair follicles. Pigment cells that are present at the base of the hair follicle stop producing this pigment, which leads to loss of original hair colour. Eat plenty of protein-rich foods like sprouted whole grains, cereals, meat and soya. Eat foods rich in iron, minerals and vitamin A, such as dark green vegetables & yellow fruits, tomatoes, cauliflower, cereals, yogurt, yeast and wheat germ. Boil some dried amla pieces in coconut oil. Apply this oil to arrest greying. Mix 1 tablespoon of table salt in a cup of strong black tea. Massage this water on the scalp. Wash off with a mild shampoo.
