Motamma assumes office

Speaking to press persons Motamma said she would continue her struggle against failures of the State Government both inside and outside the House. Motamma said safeguarding the interests of farmers would be her priority as leader of the Opposition in the Council.

The previous governments acquired agriculture lands for various development programmes. Whereas the Yeddyurappa-government was acquiring the lands to promote real estate business, she alleged.
